What is a Knowmad? They are people capable to adopt and interiorize a type of mentality (liquid mind) to allow them to be flexible, adaptable to any change or need of the forcoming times. They are knowledge nomads, agile in responses, creatives, innovators, social and sociable. They work and think in the net, colaborating with anyone from anywhere using the technologies as an advantage for themselves. They diffuse the knowlege, share it as much as they can.
They are totally independent and collaborate upon project and objectives. To be flexible, handle the changes, be digitized, be visible (with a personal mark) and work virtually are some of their characteristics.
