  5. Standards<\/strong>: The use of the NIST cloud reference architecture as well as agency involvement in standards are necessary for cloud procurements.<\/li>\n
  6. Security<\/strong>: To clearly detail the requirements for CSPs to maintain the security and integrity of data existing in a cloud environment;<\/li>\n
  7. Privacy<\/strong>: If cloud services host \u201cprivacy data,\u201d agencies must adequately identify potential privacy risks and responsibilities and address these needs in the contract;<\/li>\n
  8. Accessibility<\/strong> of the data to be located, preserved, collected, processed, reviewed, and produced;<\/li>\n
  9. Interoperability<\/strong> of data handling taking into account the existing laws.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    To our knowledge only France have inside of the EU a slightly comparable althogh not extensive guidelines and neither USA nor EU address the specificity of Healthclouds in sectorial norms.
