Estandares en eHealth o ineficiencia."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-8606\" title=\"Unesco y Uni Twin\" src=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo-300x138.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"138\" srcset=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo-300x138.jpg 300w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo-600x277.jpg 600w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo-1024x472.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/UnescoUniTwinLogo.jpg 1551w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Es una gran noticia saber que por fin la WHO el pasado 27 Mayo 2013 en Ginebra ha intervenido en el marco de<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Regional Committee for Africa adopted resolution <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/WHO-A66_R24-en.pdf\">WHO-A66_R24-en<\/a>\u00a0on<br \/>\neHealth in the African Region and that the 51st Directing Council of the Pan American Health<br \/>\nOrganization adopted resolution CD51.R5 on eHealth&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>para <strong>EXIGIR CON URGENCIA<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>1.- De conseguir una ESTANDARIZACION de la e-Salud a nivel nacional y subnacional<\/p>\n<p>2.- De poner a punto POLITICAS y LEGISLACIONES para que sean adoptados los ESTANDARES en e-Health que aseguren LA PRIVACIDAD DE LOS DATOS que se transmiten.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Asegurar que el Comit\u00e9 Gubernamental de soporte (GAC) del \u00a0Internet Corporation for assigned names (ICANN) realiza las gestiones necesarias para proveer DOMINIOS ESPECIFICOS en Internet para eHealth, incluido el <em><strong>&#8220;.health&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>y para <strong>DEMANDAR AYUDA<\/strong> para:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Asegurar que los paises adoptan ESTANDARES que permitan la INTEGRACION.<\/p>\n<p>2.-TODAS LAS INICIATIVAS de e-Health se basen en ESTANDARES.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Implantar gu\u00edas y soportes t\u00e9cnicos que permitan EVALUAR las TIC en e-Health incluyendo Bases de Datos del IMPACTO e INDICACIONES.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Utilizar la RED de centros WHO en los estados miembros para I+D+I en e-Health.<\/p>\n<p>5.- Promocionar en colaboracion con las agencias de estandarizacion, la HARMONIZACION DE LOS ESTANDARES.<\/p>\n<p>6.- Crear en el ICANN y en los organismos que se necesite cuerpos de expertos que aseguren los <strong>objetivos de salud publica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>7.- Proteccion de los dominios restringuidos dentro de Internet en el campo de la salud.<\/p>\n<p>8.- Crear un cuerpo de asesores para el seguimiento y cumplimientos de estas normativas en la WHO.<\/p>\n<p>Es un texto que me atrevo a calificar de <em><strong>&#8220;glorioso&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> por lo contundente y \u00a0lo valiente que es. Esperemos que NADA que tenga relacion con e-Health se salte las recomendaciones de la OMS. Esperemos que los puristas en Sanidad, aferrados a los criterios de la OMS se den cuenta que cuestiones esenciales como:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Nada de todo ellos es posible <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>si no se forma al personal sanitario<\/strong><\/span> en e-Health, estandares, I+D+I , interoperabilidad, requerimientos en sanidad incluidos la privacidad de los datos. Esta formacion ha de estar a cargo de la Educacion Superior es decir las universidades y NO ES UNA ESPECIALIZACION, es un requerimiento de formacion basico que debe incluirse en las MATERIAS TRONCALES del personal sanitario. Igualmente los tecnicos en informatica y telecomunicaciones , aqu\u00ed si, han de ESPECIALIZARSE en eHealth para poder operar en estos entornos, no sirve una formaci\u00f3n gen\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Los gobiernos han de asegurar la informacion transparente de estandares que sean inter-operativos y permitan la INTEGRACION (si es posible &#8220;plug &amp; play&#8221;) y el control de calidad de sus sistemas. Se deberian acabar los Reinos de Taifas y <strong>la politica de estandarizacion e interoperatividad deberia ser nacional<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>3.- Indirectamente nos dice de forma contundente <strong>!!!BASTA DE PILOTOS!!!<\/strong> estamos ya en la era de la calidad y control asistencial basado en estandares y en un entorno conectivo que requiere el acumulo estandarizado de evidencias medicas e indicaciones en bases de datos nacionales y asequibles.<\/p>\n<p>4.- Igualmente nos indica que los avances I+D+I han de seguir los estandares de eHealth y asegurar la conectividad.<\/p>\n<p>Es una noticia muy esperanzadora.
