href=\"http:\/\/blog.gnusolidario.org\/2013\/01\/iweee-2013-resume-and-pics.html\">representacion internacional<\/a> desde Medicos sin Fronteras, al proyecto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epsos.eu\/\">epSOS<\/a>, la Cruz Roja, Caritas y representacion de empresas o ONGs de SudAfrica, Salvador, Georgia etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/epSOS_smaller_bigger.bmp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"73\" height=\"73\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-8008\" title=\"epSOS_smaller_bigger\" src=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/epSOS_smaller_bigger.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para nosotros como ya mencionamos en otra entrada el <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2012\/05\/epsos\/\">proyecto epSOS<\/a> es de gran importancia porque representa un primer ejemplo de <strong>estandarizacion a nivel europeo de la receta\u00a0electr\u00f3nica <\/strong>basandose en criterios de<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.es\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;frm=1&amp;source=web&amp;cd=19&amp;cad=rja&amp;ved=0CGgQFjAIOAo&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.malegislature.gov%2FContent%2FDocuments%2FEvents%2FSpecialEvents%2FEU-US_eHealth_Marketplace%2FDay2%2FDay%25202%25201300%2520A2%2520Bittins.pdf&amp;ei=w8MKUYmGBOGr0AWl2YDoCw&amp;usg=AFQjCNHBjrMuCljdDvZWn8nOcd2H1e_wCA&amp;bvm=bv.41642243,d.d2k\">interoperabilidad<\/a>;<\/strong> para ello se han basado en<strong> &#8220;smart open services&#8221; <\/strong>sobre software libre para accesibilidad el<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/code.google.com\/p\/epsos-common-components\/wiki\/ConnectingOpenNCPToNI\">openNCP<\/a>\u00a0 (National Contact Point)\u00a0<\/strong>que incluye <a href=\"https:\/\/openncp.atlassian.net\/wiki\/display\/CCS\/OpenNCP+and+central+services+PK\">la firma electronica<\/a>.\u00a0Su representante, Licino Krusta Manu de Portugal (Porto) estuvo particularmente interesado en nuestra presentaci\u00f3n como mecanismo de motivacion.<\/p>\n<p>Este fu\u00e9 de hecho nuestro cometido en la reunion, mostrar las innovaciones ligadas a un cambio de mentalidad en la\u00a0gesti\u00f3n\u00a0de los recursos humanos en sanidad, teniendo en cuenta la renovacion inversa y sin dejar de pensar en las ventajas del software libre como qued\u00f3 recogido
