Adem\u00e1s la intenci\u00f3n es que sirva de marco para la interoperabilidad de los dispositivos y los diferentes sistemas nacionales de salud da los pa\u00edses que lo componen. Todo esto supone una actualizaci\u00f3n del programa ya existente.<\/p>\n<p>El hito operativo de este plan es el de echar abajo los barreras persistentes y acercar la visi\u00f3n de una estrategia Europa 2020 en el \u00e1rea de la electronic-Health.
