Esto se acaba de publicar en el bolet\u00edn de la OMS. Es justamente nuestro caballo de batalla para que se implemente telemedicina con calidad asistencial, solo que ahora est\u00e1 publicado por la OMS a lo mejor se dan cuenta ya de lo que es esencial. Para ello se necesita personal dedicado y experto; y la enfermer\u00eda tiene un papel esencial.<\/p>\n

Our review has revealed a growing emphasis on problems related to e-health systems\u2019 workability but relatively little attention to<\/span>: (1) e-health\u2019s effects on roles and responsibilities<\/span>; (2) risk management<\/span>; (3) ways to engage<\/span> with professionals; and (4) ensuring that the potential benefits of new technologies are made transparent through ongoing evaluation and feedback<\/span>. These areas deserve more empirical investigation, as do ways to identify and anticipate how e-health services will impact everyday clinical practice. This involves examining how new e-health services will affect clinical interactions and activities<\/span> and the allocation and performance of clinical work<\/span>. Also in need of investigation are the effects of different methods of engaging with professionals<\/span> before and during the implementation of e-health services.<\/em><\/p>\n

Para ello emplean la denominada NPT (Normalization Process Theory) con sus 4 aspectos\u00a0identificables:<\/p>\n

  1. coherence<\/em>– coherencia<\/li>\n
  2. cognitive participation<\/em>– participacion con conocimiento de causa.<\/li>\n
  3. collective action<\/em>– accion colectiva<\/li>\n
  4. reflexive monitoring<\/em>– monitorizacion reflexiva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    para conocer si el proceso esta integrado<\/strong> en la practica asistencia y asumido<\/strong> en la rutina diaria.<\/p>\n
