\"\"<\/a>mHealth o mSalud o Salud movil, como querais llamarlo para conseguir llevar la atencion sanitaria adecuada a los paises mas pobres de la tierra. Esta es la filosofia de Health eVillages<\/a><\/strong>. Idea basada en el Articulo 25 de la Declaracion Universal de los Derechos Humanos, que reconoce el derecho a la atencion sanitaria .<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, no debemos olvidarnos que incluso en nuestros propios entornos hay areas con escasez de asistencia medica, y mas ahora que los recortes sanitarios<\/strong> en paises desarrollados como el nuestro han dejado amplias zonas con falta de acceso a determinados servicios. Ya dimos cuenta de la importancia de la SANIDAD-HIBRIDA <\/a><\/strong>en un articulo anterior.<\/p>\n

Health eVillages tambien lo considera y por ello tiene pilotos en\u00a0Haiti, Kenya y Uganda pero tambien en USA para las comunidades del Golfo. Parte de la tarea consiste en entrenar ENFERMERAS, daros cuenta enfermeras, como las de Haiti que fueron entrenadas en como usar iPhone e iPads en Massachusets. \u00bfQue por qu\u00e9 enfermeras?. Yo os lo cuento, la sanidad todavia no se ha dado cuenta que el PESO FUNDAMENTAL de la ASISTENCIA con mHealth, recae en las ENFERMERAS, si,… no en los m\u00e9dicos. Ellas hacen el triage, el soporte inmediato y necesitan aplicaciones del tipo de DSS (soporte a las decisiones) en sus iPhones y iPads. Este es el gran paradigma de la mSalud, que se base en la asistencia de enfermeria<\/p>\n

Los participantes en la iniciativa son:\u00a0Physician\u2019s Interactive Holdings<\/a>, due\u00f1o de Skyscape<\/a>, y el\u00a0Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights<\/a>, con el fin de proporcionar telefonos inteligentes y otro tipo de sistemas moviles conteniendo material para ense\u00f1anza de la medicina, indicaciones farmaceuticas con vademecum, aplicativos de referencia para los profesionales de la sanidad en paises en desarrollo, con un presupuesto inicial de $150,000 que quieren incrementar a $200,000 en los proximos seis meses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
