Esto implica que la firma electronica ha llegado a los documentos electronicos enviados por movil y por lo tanto que la i-Health, tiene en estos momentos <strong>mas seguridad y validez legal <\/strong>que muchas de las transacciones realizadas por e-health en los hospitales o en las recetas\u00a0electr\u00f3nicas\u00a0que, como bien saben, no tienen firma\u00a0electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.doctormms.com\/screenshot.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El SMSC de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lleida.net\/\">Lleida.net<\/a> se basa en una red de interconexiones con las operadoras  m\u00f3viles y OMV&#8217;s tanto nacionales como internacionales. Dispone de numeraci\u00f3n  propia y es capaz de ofrecer servicios de mensajer\u00eda SMS y MMS, tanto para  enviar (MT) como para recibir (MO) con esta numeraci\u00f3n. La tecnolog\u00eda permite  adem\u00e1s agregar servicios de valor a\u00f1dido como remitente personalizado (DS),  Acuse de Recibo (DR), SMS Certificados con acuse de recibo, <strong>Transacciones SMS  con firma digital con validez de contrato<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>La primera alternativa de la solucion\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.doctormms.com\/\">DoctorMMS.com<\/a> ya contemplaba su aplicacion en Medicina.<\/p>\n<p>De ahi que sea necesario que nuestro sistema sanitario en la gestion de autenticacion y firma electronica vaya pensando en el <strong>outsourcing<\/strong> de empresas especializadas. Lo que nosotros deseariamos es que fueran especializadas en transacciones electronicas sanitarias como dejamos claro en nuestra publicacion sobre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teide.net\/catai\/pubs\/QualityLabel.pdf\">Quality Labels for e-health<\/a>, de forma que los <strong>TTPSs (Trusted third party Services)<\/strong> estuvieran registrados y auditados especificamente para sanidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los moviles ya tienen un servicio de envio de SMS y MMS certificados con validez legal.
