Presidente de Telef\u00f3nica.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Puede comprobarse como las conclusiones o propuestas de la mesa han sido proyectos concretos que telefonica quiere impulsar en la sanidad catalana y que todos ellos estan en un avanzado estado de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flashticsalut.cat\/home.php?lang=2\">realizaci\u00f3n<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>1.- Proyecto de <strong>gestion integrada de imagenes<\/strong>. Con una digitalizacion del 85% de la radiologia digital en catalu\u00f1a integrada por 40 centros y subvencionada por el Plan Avanza y Red.es. La meta es la digitalizacion del 100% en el 2010 incluidas las imagenes no radiologicas.<\/p>\n<p>2.- Gestion de <strong>pacientes cr\u00f3nicos<\/strong>. Con la red de Teleictus actualmente activa y la propuesta de un centros de control de Telemedicina que no solo haga de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clientric.com\/web20\/index.php\/tecno\/approach-contact-center\">Call Center<\/a> sino de centro de triage con una arquitectura orientada a servicios (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.encamina.com\/ficheros\/Conocer_y_gestionar_mejor_al_asociado.pdf?imp=MOSS+CRM+FEDAS\">SOA<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>3.- Plan de atencion integral al <strong>ciudadano<\/strong>: Con el Canal Salud en Calella en la Corporacion de Salud del Maresme, La Selva. Telefonica quiere integrar una plataforma de accion multicanal (<a href=\"http:\/\/empresas.telefonica.es\/documentacion\/presencia_externa\/CalleVaquero_TelefonicaSoluciones.pdf\">CRM<\/a>) para la gestion de SMS, Web, presencial etc&#8230;, y tratarlo como un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.estadistico.com\/crm\/crm_dm.pdf\">cliente<\/a>, mejorando la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.asesoresdegestion.com.ar\/WEB_Ventas\/Documentos\/crm-1.pdf\">eficiencia de la gestion<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>4.- Centro de interoperatividad o <strong>centro de compatibilidad <\/strong>de una red no conectiva que constituye la &#8220;<em>Anella TIC-salud<\/em>&#8221; constituida por una red de Telecomunicaciones segregada y\u00a0\u00fanica, como centro de servicios est\u00e1 a cargo de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencat.cat\/salut\/ticsalut\/\">Fundaci\u00f3n TIC-SALUD<\/a>, integrada por un Comite de Direccion y una serie de Plataformas de Gobernanza que permita la gestion de la historia clinica, la integracion, la receta electronica&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Estamos por lo tanto tratando aspectos tipicos de<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/\/2009\/10\/estandares-de-calidad-sns\/\">administracion electronica en sanidad<\/a> <\/strong>y no de\u00a0atenci\u00f3n\u00a0medica por telemedicina propiamente dicha (excepto Tele-ictus) en la que los criterios de <em>calidad de atencion<\/em> sanitaria y <em>control de riesgo<\/em> y <em>seguridad <\/em>son el elemento esencial y que cualquier sistema de toma de decisiones basadas en datos\u00a0m\u00e9dicos\u00a0tiene la\u00a0consideraci\u00f3n\u00a0de aparato medico que debe llevar una marca CE.<\/p>\n<p>En la clausura del acto el Muy Honorable Presidente de la Generalitat explico por qu\u00e9 el pacto de las infraestructuras que iba a firmar la ma\u00f1ana siguiente era tan importante y justifico la enorme\u00a0inversi\u00f3n\u00a0de infraestructuras TIC, entre ellas el<strong> anillo TIC-Salud<\/strong>, con el operador\u00a0auton\u00f3mico\u00a0por el bien y la equidad del territorio y del ciudadano.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2634\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2634\" style=\"width: 220px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/p1060429.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2634   \" title=\"Jos\u00e9 Montilla\" src=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/p1060429-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"Jos\u00e9 Montilla.
