{"id":1956,"date":"2009-07-17T16:10:43","date_gmt":"2009-07-17T16:10:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/?p=1956"},"modified":"2009-07-30T11:09:46","modified_gmt":"2009-07-30T11:09:46","slug":"ce-junio-2009-informe-telemedicine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2009\/07\/ce-junio-2009-informe-telemedicine\/","title":{"rendered":"CE-Junio 2009: Informe Telemedicine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Telemedicine for the benefit of patients,\u00a0healthcare systems and society&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Es el informe \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/information_society\/newsroom\/cf\/document.cfm?action=display&amp;doc_id=622\">COMMISSION STAFF WORKING PAPER SEC(2009)943<\/a> final de\u00a0Junio 2009.<\/p>\n<p>El marco legal, de calidad asistencial y las carencias a nivel EU estan descritos en el informe.<\/p>\n<p>Las tres barreras que se identifican son:<\/p>\n<p>1- Ausencia de incentivos a los profesionales sanitarios para que adopten los servicios de telemedicina: Entre los que esta obviamente su <strong>formacion <\/strong>en las herramientas y sistemas de la Sociedad de la Informacion aplicada a la medicina.<\/p>\n<p>2- La incertidumbre legal: a)-La mas importante en la falta de seguridad de los entornos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ehealtheurope.net\/news\/5017\/wireless_healthcare_depends_on_security\">inhalambricos<\/a> y por supuesto los relativos a &#8220;<em>the cloud<\/em>&#8221; o la nube. b)-Pero le sigue el control de calidad asistencial.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho el informe cita textualmente: &#8220;<em>to ensure that telemedicine does not in any\u00a0way reduce the <\/em><strong><em>quality of the services<\/em><\/strong><em> provided to the public<\/em>&#8220;, es mas especifica que &#8220;<em>It should be based on general\u00a0principles relating to standard medical acts applicable according to\u00a0the national legislation of the Member State.
