No problems on technical training, no problems because &#8220;the will&#8221; is more important than everything.<\/p>\n<p>This demonstrate that &#8220;the will&#8221; is the most important than anyother thing. When is this going to happen in mHealth in Africa? No more technical limitation exists as well as no more costs problems. A list of technologies of <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2014\/05\/diy-microscope\/\">DIY<\/a> (do it yourself) or even <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2014\/08\/dii-do-it-itself\/\">DII<\/a> (Do it itself) are available.
