It involves, for example, creating large-scale neural nets that allow the computer to learn and &#8220;think&#8221; by itself without the need for direct human intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Which one is the essential one in Health 4.0, that means in medicine discovery, prevention and participative medicine depends on the evolution of technology and particularly on the <em>training of health workers<\/em>\u00a0on those essential aspects, allowing its implementation and ethics analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The H2O, <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2015\/02\/humanization-of-healthcare-i-h2o-summit\/\">humanization of healthcare<\/a> is based at the moment in Machine Learning, particularly because is mainly focused on circulatory diseases and there is a lot scientific work demonstrating <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2015\/04\/basis-for-non-intrusive-wearables\/\">risk factors<\/a> in the field that can be obtain from non-intrusive sensors<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10506 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Pilars H2O\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O-600x338.jpg 600w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Pilars-H2O.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless most of the experiences of AI tools that up to now have been applied to Medicine and patient care were based in <a href=\"http:\/\/archinte.jamanetwork.com\/article.aspx?articleid=2488923\">decision trees <\/a>and bayesian statistics based on Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) and never on the premises to allow Deep Learning on individual and personal health\u00a0data throughput (pHSD= personal <a href=\"https:\/\/catai.net\/blog\/2015\/12\/data-analytics-in-healthcare\/\">Health Small Data<\/a>), in which privacy and liability are essential.<\/p>\n<p>The situation at the moment is not very promissing since Health care workers do not study those principles in their carriers and are not trained on QoC (quality of care) premises based on IoT (Internet of the things).
